Be Part of the PINK Fundraiser!

I am so incredibly excited to be part of  the September/October issue of CLOTH PAPER SCISSORS  which features the “We Made This” article. The article is filled with art donated by CPS 2012 contributing artists and CREATE Art Retreat Instructors (and there are even more pieces on line) to raise funds for the National Breast Cancer Foundation, Inc. Perhaps the most important point to make is that all proceeds are donated to an amazing foundation dedicated to eliminating Breast Cancer. Let us all raise up our voices together to eradicate this most horrible disease.

Inspired by the moments of bravery both Ruthies Mother and my Mum so eloquently possesed during their cancer battles I created "Let Your Heart Be Brave". Layers of fabric, paint, stitching and hidden journaling not only represent my thanks for their bravery but of the constant and hopeful fight they both endured. I hope you'll stop by and purchase a piece of art as it is for a wonderful cause not to mention there is an incredible amount of lovely work featured in the Etsy Shop!
