A bit of Spring, a hint of nature and a splash of bing come together to create two pieces meant to isnpire and add a touch of beauty to your day! What You Will Need
Nightingale Stamp - Anatomy of a Bird Stamp Set
Black Versafine Ink – Tsukineko
Crème Acrylic Paint – Eco Green Crafts
Paintbrush
2 ½ x 3 ½ Canvas
2 ¾” x 7” Wood Board
Ledger Paper
Silver Clip – 7 Gypsies
Rhinestone Bauble
Velvet Ribbon Scrap
Lace Scraps
Embroidery Floss and Needle
Brown Color Pencil
Beeswax
Heat Gun
Paper Glue
Directions
1. Cut ledger paper the size of wood board and glue to the top
2. Paint background of canvas with crème acrylic paint
3. Using black Versafine ink stamp nightingale onto a scrap of vintage paper adhere to dry canvas
4. With black ink stamp various images from stamp set onto canvas and ledger paper
5. Create a packet of textiles with ribbon and lace – sew together with embroidery floss and glue onto canvas
6. Place rhinestone bauble at bottom corner using glue
7. Glue clip to the top center of the canvas then glue canvas to the top of the wood panel
8. Create three French knots at the top of the canvas using embroidery floss and needle
9 Apply beeswax in a random fashion over the top of the ledger paper and canvas, if need spread the wax by heating with a heat gun – using circular motions

Mushroom Acrylic Paint – Eco Green Crafts
Paintbrush
3 ½” x 3” Scrap Watercolor Paper
4 ¼” x 4 ½” Crème Felt
Scrap Crème Flannel – Cut with Pinking Sheers
Scrap Ledger Paper
Crème Button
Blue Bird Paper Tape – Cavallini
Taupe Thread
Directions
1. Create a rectangle on the top of the watercolor paper using mushroom paint allow to dry
2. Onto a scrap of vintage paper stamp Nightingale with black Versafine ink
3. Once paint has dried glue ledger paper to top of rectangle followed by the stamped piece
4. Glue scrap of ledger paper at the top left corner followed by a strip of paper tape at the bottom left corner
5. Create a packet with the crème felt, flannel and stamped piece
6. With taupe thread sew the packet together either by hand or on a sewing machine
7. Place a threaded button at the top center
These are gorgeous projects. I need to find some time to make these. But right now I'm enjoying my first grandbaby, born Sun. night.

I love these - just enough color and optimism to inspire this scrapbooker to try out some new techniques - the random location of the stamps is most notably my fave :) Just found your blog via Pinterest! It's beautiful!
