Congrats! Be the Change, great mantra...
Nike might want to borrow that one ;D
No, the sneakers you told us were awesome should use it and you could be the foot model!
;D
I love how losing is winning in this battle!
so happy for you; Carlos sounds tough, but I did say battle, lol

I think I will put this on my fridge! ;D
Thanks...

Congrats on the weightloss!! I also have plans with Carlos after I move. There is no room in this apt to do the WII (sofa is about 3ft from TV)

The plateau won't last long, its just your bodies way of saying "ok I need a break here to readjust to all this change". Keep going forward and everything will work out.

Congrads Kristen...I have been on weight watchers for one year now and it is a life change. Funny I feel guilty now when I cheat and eat things I know that are really really fattening! Best wishes and btw...you look great! Teresa in Oklahoma

I have struggled all of my life with my weight. I've studied lots of eating plans. One tip I can share, that will seem a bit outlandish, but I have done this and it works. Here goes....this is from Curves Diet Plan. Take a break and allow yourself to gain no more than 3 lbs. As soon as you gain the 3 lbs. go back to your what you've been doing. According to Curves it will reset your metabolism. It sounds scary but it works. I do weight watchers but I have also use this Curves tip when I hit a plateau. Let me know if you try it and your results. Best Wishes Kim

Great motto! Hope is gets you through this phase!

Congratulation! Plateau's are normal. I've lost over 100lbs. on WW and I've kept it off for 4 years. Just hang in there and keep tracking and weighing your food and the pounds will come off. Your doing an awesome job. :)

I loved this post! You go get 'em! Plateau's are just telling you to shake it up, do something different work-out-wise (is that a word?) Anyway, here's a thought..up your calories for a few days, then go back to what you've been doing. You'll kick that plateau's butt!

Happy Training!!
